Bulgarian meat producer  Svinecomplex Nikolovo in village of Nikolovo (Ruse region)   announced plans to issue warrants for a total issue value of up to BGN 1.08 million. The company will issue some 2,625,000 warrants at a issue price of BGN 0.41 per unit,  Svinecomplex Nikolovo  said.

Holders of one share will be entitled to subscribe to one warrant while new investors could buy subscription rights. The company would consider the warrant issue successful if it sells at least 262,500 warrants for BGN 107,625 in total.

A warrant is a security that entitles the holder to buy stock of the company that issued it at a specified price, which is usually higher than the stock price at the time of issue.
