Stara Zagora - based Stroitelna Mehanizacia 2000 increases its capital

Stroitelna Mehanizacia 2000 JSC, based in Stara Zagora, will increase its capital 30-fold with its own funds. The decision was taken on the general meeting on June 16, 2009.
The company plans to issue 1,722,120 new shares at BGN 1 par value. They would be allocated according the share of each shareholder. Stroitelna Mehanizacia 2000 would use BGN 1.004 mln from the Reserve Fund for the issue.
Before the share issue, the company would split its equities and decrease their par value from BGN 2 to BGN 1. The whole BGN 720,000 profit for 2008 will be placed in the Reserve Fund and dividends will not be distributed.
