BGN 13.35 million is paid for the five-star hotel Dimyat in Varna. The bayer is Keratech Engineering. The deal is included in the Registry agency in May.

The new owner considers developing its new assets mainly as a hotel for congress and business tourism. The investment is said to be for long-term exploitation.

Renovation of the hotel will include full repair f conference halls; restaurant will be renovated too, as well as the lobby floor which will be joined with the hotel’s garden. Change of personnel is also planned. Renovation of the hotel is to be over in a year’s time so that it is opened in the next summer season.

The name of the hotel will remain unchanged. The aim is Dimyat to remain in the highest class- now it has five stars, which will be kept. The SPA center will also be renovated.

Keratech Engineering bought the hotel at a public tender, organized by private enforcement officer due to debts of the ex-owner gala tour. The sale was required by the creditor Raiffeisenbank. Keratech Engineering is engaged with trading and manufacturing of machines
