Chimimport Invest JSC acquired 90% of Varna Cars Ltd

Chimimport Invest JSC has increased its stake in the automobile market by taking 90% of Varna Cars Ltd., which sells BMW brand. The company is a major trader in Varna region.
In July Chimimport acquired two Pleven-based companies that are dealers of the German automobile brand.
In January, the holding entered also the market in southern Bulgaria with the purchase of Plovdiv-based M Car, which also trades with the same brand.
In addition to the strongest companies selling BMW in the last month Chimimport Invest made deals with dealers of Mazda, Fiat and Toyota.
